Auction Results

A most interesting Disco Volante C52 2000 replica, reportedly built more or less "in period" from Super *12004*, came up for auction at Bonhams-Paris on 2February2012, but was a No Sale, apparently.

October 2011, RM Auctions, London: Chassis number *10542*, a Tipo 4 (Series III) Super Sprint, sold without reserve for £89,600 (~$140,000, ~€100,000). This was virtually the top of the pre-auction estimate range.

October 2011, RM Auctions, London: Chassis number *01840carries*, a questionable Zagato, does not appear in the auction results. Perhaps it was withdrawn prior to the sale?

21Sep2011, H&H Auctions: *02185* was a No Sale at H&H's auction at Britain's Imperial War Museum.
February2011: Chassis number *01880*, a Tipo 3 (Series II) Super Sprint, sold at the Bonham's Grand Palais auction, for   €135,700 (incl. premium) or about $185,00. This might be a new record for a "standard" body Super Sprint.
February 2011: And this Tipo 3 (Series II) Super Sprint, chassis number *01998*, also sold at Bonham's Grand Palais auction for a more modest $120,000. This car has the non-standard Giulietta side grilles.
January, 2011: Chassis number *10312*, a gorgeous silver Tipo 4 (or  Series III), sold at Gooding & Co., Scottsdale, Arizona, auction for  $176,000 (Lot #41). 

2009: Chassis number *10160*, a dark blue Tipo4 with silver roof, made €61,875 at RM Auctions, London. Prior to that, in June, 2008, this car sold for €95,309 (approx. £75,516 or $150,088) at the Artcurial-Paris auction.

2008: Chassis number *01020* made $96,250 at RM-Monterey.
